Return Policy:
We only accept returns for defective product or product damaged in transit. Claims for these reasons must be made within one month of shipment.
Shipping
We try to send things out as soon as possible. For things that are “in print”, e.g. commercial print format, we can send these out quickly. For all other things they are “print-on-demand”, and that may take a few days to create because literally we make them to order, when ordered.
Once we ship your items, they are out of our control and we have no control on how long it takes to get to you.
Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination, weight, including dimensional weight and type of parcel. Post and courier services use either the actual weight or the dimensional weight (length x width x height, determined by each service’s particular formula) to determine the shipping costs, which ever is the greater weight.
Our policy is to charge what we are charged plus a small handling charge to cover the cost of packing materials.
The rates that are in our automatic shipping-rate-calculation function which determines the cost to ship your order, are set in general for the shipping postal code entered on the Cart and Checkout pages. We reserve the right to correct the amount you were charged if it is found that the wrong category was selected or that it costs more to ship to the shipping destination than you were charged. We will notify you in this case and if additional charges are required, we will send a separate Paypal invoice for the difference.
Time in transit. These are approximate times only:
Canada
Canada Post regular letter and parcel shipments can range from 1-2 days for local addresses, to 2-3 days for regional destinations or 5-7 business days for farther destinations.
UPS: Ground shipments are 1-2 days for local, 2-3 days for regional and 4-5 days for farther destinations
Express is next day to most destinations.
USA destinations
Canada Post: 1-2 weeks for air mail parcels
UPS: 2-5 days for ground
Express: 1-2 days
International destinations
Canada Post: Air mail package, 1-4 weeks depending on how far from Canada the destination is.
UPS Expedited: 3-5 days
Customs and Brokerage charges for destinations outside Canada are charged by your country and the purchaser is responsible for all such charges.
We only charge for Freight costs.
